FLAT RANGE                   We have an all-weather Flat rangewith targets from 10 to 80 yards, used primarily by the compound shooters to adjust their sights and by traditional shooters to adjust their abilities. This range has a covered firing line and there are lights for evening shooting by members. Newly installed Field logic Block target butts makes easy work of pulling your arrows. Open to the public every day at $12.50 per shooter, which also includes use of the walk-through range. Public shooting hours are Noon to 7:00 pm during the week andfrom 9AM to 7:00pm on Sat and Sun.Public hours end at dusk when dusk comes earlier than 7pm. The flatrange is also equipped with sandpits for broad head practice. The sand pits are the only place on the WCW property where broadheads can be used and Range master approval must be given before shooting broadheads.   WALK-THROUGH RANGE                         Our 50+ target walk-through (roving) range has animal (bag) targets in wooded natural settings. Targets are in natural conditions and proper foot ware should be worn. Targets are set at various unmarked distances from 20 to 70 yards....many of the shootingpositions give you a choice of several targets. Notice the four bag targets you can shoot from this firing point. Targets are set at both up hill shooting and down hill shooting positions for more realistic hunting practice. Our walk thru has a good amount of elevation gains and losses. It is great practice for both bowhunting as well as good exercise. The walk thru range is separated into 2 parts both starting and ending fromthe flat range. Open to the public every day at $12.50 per shooter, which also includes use of the flat range. Public shooting hours are Noon to dusk (7pm max) during the week and from 9AM to dusk on Sat and Sun.     ANNUAL 3-D SHOOT (click to see more) The WCW annual 3-D Shoot is scheduled for the second weekend in July. The other range activities are closed for this archery only weekend. This is a two day fun affair with 3 separate courses. Most shots are under 40 yards. We do not post scores and there are no trophies .... we do, however, have a table full of equipment for the door prize drawing on Sunday afternnoon. Our full size animals include elk, moose, caribou, goats, deer, bison, and a 9' brown bear, placed in natural settings. If you think your ready for Archery hutting season come shot the courses with out a range finder! Lots of fun. Most shots are under 40 yards and the little archers in the group are more than welcome to move closer if needed. ( Mom or Dad need to make sure the shot is safe first)
